DO I NEED TO ATTEND YOUR TRAINING PROGRAM....
IN ORDER FOR YOU TO HELP ME FIND EMPLOYMENT?
THE ANSWER IS NO!
As
long as you have good abilities, good employment history, or
life experiences that would be of benefit to an employer, you
do not need to have professional training for us to try and
help you find an ideal situation or a "great job".
There
are many great families all over the United States, who are
seeking nice, honest people with good skills, such as cooking,
housecleaning, childcare, laundry & ironing, gardening, light
maintenance, etc, positive personalities, and good common sense.
These families are seeking individuals or couples who have raised
their own families, are seeking a career change, or for whatever
other reason, are now available to help them. Salaries usually
range from $20,000 to $26,000.
Then
there are other families who require much more sophistication
and skills in the care of their expensive home(s) and their
loved ones. They might require detailed record keeping, fantastic
house cleaning skills, formal serving of meals, purchasing of
expensive home accessories, tending to important guests, knowledge
of caring for multiple homes, swimming pools, or expensive vehicles
(including yachts, airplanes, etc.). They might even require
the services of an expert cook or chef, formal gardeners, a
chauffeur, an estate manager, and more than one nanny or housecleaner.
Salaries in these positions range from $45,000 to $100,000+
and benefits. Of course, most of these higher level positions
do require previous experience or professional training. Wealthy
employers can afford and usually demand the most qualified individuals
they can find to care for their home(s) and family.
And
then there are families that lie somewhere in between. The needs
of each family are different and unique.....just as unique as
your particular wants and needs.
It
is the responsibility of our consultants to try to understand
the specifics of your special situation and present you to an
employer seeking someone with your abilities and desires.

you want to attend our training program, we offer one of the

some of our wealthy clients, historical mansions, and the estate
of PDI Founder and Director, Carriage Hill Manor. We offer as
many different styles of homes possible in order to enhance
your education and experience. This program is not required,
but many of our clients find it desirable as they understandably
want the best possible care for their family and home. We have
many clients who are seeking the services of professionally
trained Household Managers.
