56-year-old single woman is seeking a Personal Assistant position. She says she enjoys staff supervision, running errands, chauffeuring, organization, coordinating social functions, administrative and computer duties, and payroll. Some of her responsibilities have included calendar management; hosting meetings; acting as gatekeeper for incoming phone calls, mail, email, internal and external interruptions; creating PowerPoint and graphic presentations; creating and editing correspondence for external and internal inquiries; arranging domestic travel, conferences, transports, and reservations; acting as recording secretary for meetings; proofreading documents; and acting as office manager and receptionist.
