41-year-old gentleman is seeking a full-time, long-term, live-out Estate Manager position. With multiple years’ experience as an Estate Manager for a 22,000 sq. ft. estate, this gentleman is accomplished at a myriad of tasks. Some of these include formal and informal serving of meals and table setting, party coordination and dinner parties for up to 250 people, hiring/training/managing all staff, researching/hiring/managing vendors and contractors, project management, $2 million budget development for all areas of the estate, inventory management of all fine household items including the lending of their fine artwork collection to museums, cleaning/refurbishment of all fine household items, creating/maintaining an ongoing VIP guest preference log, chauffeuring, keeping personal/business schedules for the employer, balancing guests & family’s visits with employers’ schedule, and overseeing deep cleaning of the estate twice a year. As a former operations manager and business owner, he has a wide range of business experience as well.
